Ongol – Ongol Singkong

 

Material:
• 1 Pack of agar-agar cap bola dunia
• 2kg of cassava (finely grated)
• 500gr sugar
• 500ml of water
• Grated coconut to taste
• Food coloring according to taste

How to make:
1. Mix grated coconut with enough salt, steam.
2. Mix agar-agar, sugar and water. Cook until boiling.
3. Pour the jelly mixture into the mashed cassava.
4. Separate the cassava mixture into 3 parts to give the appropriate color
appetite.
5. Steam the cassava that has been colored one by one.
6. After cooking, let it cool down. Cut into cubes, coat with coconut
enough grate.
