Cendol Pudding

Cendol Pudding Ingredients:
• 1 pack of plain jelly cap bola dunia
• 350gr ready-to-eat cendol
• 750ml of coconut milk
• 120gr sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 2 pandan leaves

Brown Sugar Pudding Ingredients:
• 1 pack of plain jelly cap bola dunia
• 300gr brown sugar (thinly sliced)
• 750 ml of boiled water
• 2 pandan leaves
• A pinch of salt

Pandan Pudding Ingredients:
• Half a pack of plain jelly cap bola dunia
• 65ml of coconut milk
• 2 tsp pandan paste
• 300ml of water
• 50gr sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

How to make:
1. Put all the ingredients into the pan (except the cendol), cook over medium heat,
cook until boiling, turn off the heat and let the hot steam reduce slowly.
2. Arrange the pudding in the mold then pour it little by little so that the cendol sticks and
not spread. Wait until the surface is slightly skinned
3. Brown sugar pudding: Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, cook over fire
medium, stir until boiling. Let the hot steam dissipate, then pour slowly
using a spoon. Let stand for the pudding to harden.
4. Pandan pudding: mix all ingredients (except pandan paste) into a saucepan, cook
over medium heat, stir until boiling. Turn off the stove, add pasta
pandan, then stir until the hot steam is gone. After it cools down, slowly pour the mixture into the tin.
