Manisan Kristal Agar-Agar

Material:
• 2 packs cap bola dunia
• 750gr sugar
• 1L of water
• Food coloring according to taste

How to make:
1. Mix agar-agar powder, granulated sugar, and water in a bowl. Stir well.
2. Boil the mixture until it boils, then remove from heat.
3. Pour the mixture into several small containers, to be given the appropriate coloring appetite.
4. Let stand until cool and harden.
5. After chilling, cut according to taste.
6. Dry the pieces in the sun until they are completely dry and remove the crystals white (for 3-5 days). During the drying process, close the container used with a thin cloth to avoid infestation with insects. After dry packaged or consumed immediately.
